What Happened Today?

Up around 7:30 AM. Bass Ale hangover. We decided to drive somewhere for breakfast. Very hard to exit the property. Heavy, heavy traffic. Stopped at the Key West Diner for $3.95 buffet.

After breakfast, we drove back to the Hyatt Resort to attend a Time Share Presentation. Very interesting but costly. $15,000- $33,000 for a week plus $799 per year for maintenance fees. Vacations are based on points. After the tour (our sales rep loves to play blackjack) we bought shuttle passes for 2 days.

We took the shuttle to the Seaport and had lunch at the Half Raw Bar. Kay had fish and chips. I ordered scallops. We fed our French fries to the fish. Then we walked to the Conch Bar and drank 3 Bass Ales (Happy Hour/2 for 1). We sat at a spot where could see the boats. We had a nice breeze and watched it rain twice.

Then we walked to Duval Street and stopped at Crabby Bill’s for a dozen steamed clams and 3 more Bass Ales. We played some video games. Kay dropped her phone into the toilet! It won’t work.

Then we attended a Ghost Tour for about 90 minutes. One stop was at an old cemetery where all the bodies had been moved.

We had dinner at the Hard Rock Café. I ordered macaroni and cheese with chicken and Kay ordered chicken, beef, shrimp and fajitas.

We lost our Bone Shuttles stickers and had to take a taxi home.

In bed around 10:00 PM.
