What Happened Today?
Up around 7:30 AM. Went downstairs for blueberry and bran mufins.
We walked around the Beau Rivage for a few hours and then walked to the Imperial Palace. We gambled at the Imperial Palace for most of the day.
We watched some of the Nascar race. Kasey Kane was knocked out.
Lunch at the buffet… really good!!
We walked back to the Beau Rivage and picked up the registration packet for the SSCT Meeting.
Rested in the room from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Finished Melancholy Baby by Robert B. Parker. 336 pages. A+
We went back downstairs around 8:00 PM.
We had dinner at the Pub Brewery. We split a pepperoni/sausage pizza. Kay tried a Grey Goose/L’Orange Martini… “Orange Crush”. Too sweet.
We watched the Phillies beat the Braves in extra innings. In bed by 11:30 PM.
